This true-life coming-of-age movie depicts the life of legendary super delinquent Iguchi Tatsuya after his release from juvenile detention, through the bonds he makes with his new friends and family. Iguchi Tatsuya is on probation and if he gets into another fight he'll be out in an instant. Now that he has something to protect, he finds himself embroiled in a fierce, bloody feud, but what path will he take? Sprinkled throughout with Director Shinagawa's unique humor and stories of friendship, this is a hard-hitting, yet funny and tearful coming-of-age action movie.

Tatsuya Iguchi (Yuki Kura), a legendary super delinquent who was feared as the "Mad Dog of Komae", has been released from a juvenile detention center. He has started a new life working at "Sanryu", a yakiniku restaurant run by his uncle (Tetta Sugimoto) and aunt (Marina Watanabe) in Nishi-Chiba, far from his hometown. He is on probation and if he gets into another fight he will be out immediately. However, by chance he meets Abe Kaname (Koji Mizukami), vice-president of the Chiba biker gang "Kirihito", and the two form a mysterious bond, leading to him becoming embroiled in a fierce and bloody conflict with the semi-criminal group "Bakurakan"...
